Septic System Permit Requirements

It is mandatory to submit a septic permit application to your local Council, prior to any construction or earthworks commencing on the property.

A septic ‘Permit to Install’ must be approved prior to a building permit being issued for your project.

Therefore, the wastewater permit is one of the first items that should be considered in the building process.
